Wellness Resort Proposal – 3100 Ocean
On Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 6:30pm in the City Council chambers at City Hall, The Riviera Beach Planning & Zoning Board will hear an application from The Wellness Resort (Former AMRIT) requesting site plan approval to develop 7.1 acres of land at 3100 N. Ocean Drive (between Tiara and Marriott Oceana Palms) in order to construct two (2) 20 story high rise buildings, consisting on 150 resort hotel rooms and 209 resort hotel suites (359 total units)
Riviera Beach Marina to feature 50,000-square-foot public market
The Riviera Beach Marina project currently under construction could include a 50,000-square-foot market for local produce and other products.
Ocean Mall Update
City staff re-inspected the Ocean Mall site on May 21, 2015. The May 21, 2015 inspection yielded the following results (City staff and property management present; Mr. Wayne Richards, Ms. Cathy Hosn, Mr. Peter Ringle, and Mr. Jeff Gagnon):
Street Paving Plans
In September 2014, the City issued Public Improvement Bonds to initiate infrastructure improvements at the Riviera Beach Marina and to address street infrastructure needs across the city.
