Councilwoman, Dawn Pardo, held a special meeting on Thursday, November 3, 2016 to update residents with the latest status after Saturday, October 22, 2016, sewage spill incident that contaminated the harbor, but not the drinking water. City Officials in attendance were, Interim City Manager, Danny Jones, Interim Utility District Director, Troy Perry, and Project Engineer Mark Drummond.
