THIS PROJECT IS TOO DENSE FOR THE SIZE OF THIS PROPERTY AND THERE IS ALSO TOO MUCH MASS SO CLOSE TO OCEAN DRIVE. WHY NOT MAKE THE FOOTPRINT SMALLER AND BUILD TO THE 25 STORY LIMIT WHICH WILL ALLOW THE PROJECT’S WEST BUILDING TO HAVE GREATER SETBACK. ON THE 7 ACRES OF PROPERTY THERE PROBABLY SHOULDN’T BE ANY MORE THAN 30 UNITS/ACRE. THIS WILL ALLOW ABOUT 210 UNITS. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING
It was our understanding that, after the impact of the massive structure, The Resort and Spa, 3800 N Ocean Drive, the city was not going to grant /approve the building of any more massive structures of this size.
We recommend and hope you will concur that this massive structure not be approve and that if and when it is approve at some future date, it will be MUCH smaller!
