Due to the opioid crisis and proliferation of treatment facilities and mainly sober homes in the south Florida community the Governor tasked our Palm Beach County State’s attorney to create a Sober Home Task Force, of which I am a member representing the Singer Island Community, under the guidance of the Singer Island Civic Association. We are the only community and Civic Association represented.
